Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education;
- Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Logistic, with mandatory FMCG background;
- Proven experience operating ERP systems;
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel at intermediate level;
- Logical thinking and strong analytical abilities;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
- Effective communication and client-oriented mindset.

- Handle daily customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and other channels, providing timely and accurate resolutions;
- Process and enter client orders into ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards;
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, planning, and logistics to address customer needs efficiently;
- Monitor order fulfillment, track shipments, and follow up on discrepancies to maintain high service levels;
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and resolutions while adhering to all company procedures, policies, and data protection standards;
- Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer service and logistics, including Service Level, On-Time In Full (OTIF) delivery, Perfect Invoice accuracy, and related metrics; analyze performance and propose improvements;
- Generate reports and insights on customer trends to support continuous improvement.
