- Have University studies (the domain is not so important, but we are looking rather a methodical and analytical person)
- Speaks English at an advanced level (French or German are not mandatory, but considered an advantage)
- Have the will to learn SAP (previous knowledge is an advantage)
- Are autonomous in using Excel (VLOOKUP, IF functions, Pivot)
- Are open minded, good communicator, proactive and energetic

Your daily tasks:
- Will manage the client portfolio, from order receipt, to sending and receiving finished products by the customer
- Will monitore the stock of raw materials and finished products
- Ensures the timely declaration of deliveries in the UIT system, in accordance with the applicable legal requirements
- Will send order status information to customers
- Transmit information towards material planners
- Keep close contact with all departaments
