You will design, launch, and monitor A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and ensure every experiment is executed with precision to drive measurable conversion growth.

- Excellent command of the English language;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field;
- Proven hands-on experience with A/B testing or landing-page optimization; familiarity with LeadPages is a plus;
- Comfortable working with data and motivated by understanding what drives user clicks;
- Ability to form data-driven hypotheses and translate insights into actionable test ideas;
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills;Passionate about learning and continuously improving through experimentation.

- Evaluate A/B test outcomes, identify what drives results, and share actionable insights with the team;
- Review landing pages to ensure visual quality, proper functionality, and correct tracking;
- Work closely with the CRO Manager to discover high-impact testing opportunities and optimization ideas;
- Analyze the conversion funnel to uncover bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements;
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail — accuracy and precision are critical in every experiment.
