Qualifications
Bachelor in Economy, Finance and Accounting;
Accounting and fiscal knowledge;
Minimum 1 year of experience in controlling, financial analysis or similar, or minimum 2 years in accounting;
Advance knowledge in Excel;
Excellent ability to analyze, synthesize and interpret data;
Orientation towards accuracy, rigor and meeting deadlines;
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information;
Openness to new processes, continuous learning and improvement of financial flows.

Role Description
Collection, summarizing and validation of financial & accounting data from key departments from Romanian clinics;
Monitoring of expenses and analysis of variation against the budget;
Financial analysis based on monthly financial performance reports and various reports for management (based on PL, Cash flow, operational KPIs).
Analysis of revenues, costs, margins and profitability on cost centers, service lines;
Participation on annual budgeting and forecasting for all Romanian clinics;
We welcome ideas and proposals of optimizing the financial and operational processes;
Close communication with financial & accounting team across clinics, medical stuff and clinics management to ensure data accuracy and alignment with organization's objectives;
Compliance with internal procedures and ensuring the quality of data in financial software.

Clinica Gynera is the first medical clinic in Romania dedicated exclusively to assisted reproduction, established to help couples fulfill their dream of becoming parents. We are looking for a hands-on Jr. Controller to play an integral role in managing financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bucharest.
