Great travel experiences start long before anyone packs a suitcase. Behind every hotel, tour, or destination is a network of supplier agreements that need to be accurate, organized, and up to date. As our Contract Assistant, you'll support the Contracting and Product teams by maintaining supplier agreements, monitoring contract performance, and ensuring operational and financial data is always reliable. Working across multiple supplier categories and contract levels, you'll combine administration, data management, and analytical follow-up to help keep our contracting portfolio running smoothly. Your main focus will be on lower-tier supplier agreements, playing an important role in maintaining the overall health and structure of our supplier network.

- Manage and maintain supplier contracts across different contract tier importance.
- Assist with preparation, updates, renewals, and filing of supplier agreements.
- Maintain contracts related primarily to:

- Ensure supplier documentation and contractual terms are correctly stored and updated in internal systems and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the “health” of contracts and supplier relationships.
- Track financial and operational indicators including:
- Kickbacks / commissions
- Prepayment requirements
- Deposit conditions
- Support budget tracking and allocation/allotment analysis.
- Prepare reports and summaries for the contracting and management teams.
- Maintain and update supplier information across internal platforms and systems.
- Ensure pricing, payment conditions, supplier details, and contract statuses remain accurate.
- Support ongoing platform maintenance and data quality initiatives.
- Assist with system updates and validation of contract-related information.
