• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the Construction sector.
• The ability to organize, focus and work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of construction works (excavations, concrete works).
• Excellent analytical, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate Site Teams..
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English.

• Supervising and directing site workers,
• Organizing personnel according to work requirements and monitoring daily activities,
• Following up and coordinating subcontractor works,
• Monitoring and controlling incoming materials on site,
• Reporting construction progress and production status to the Site Manager and Site Engineers,
• Supporting the delivery of higher-quality workmanship in activities performed by our own workforce when required.,
