Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial marketing, media buying, sponsorship management, or partnership marketing;
Proven experience in the online gambling, casino, sports betting, or entertainment industry is highly preferred;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Management, or a related field (MBA preferred);
Strong expertise in commercial partnerships, sponsorship deals, and media negotiations;
Hands-on experience with media buying, performance marketing, and digital advertising;
Proficiency in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and KPI tracking tools (Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.);
Advanced knowledge of PPC, SEO, social media ads, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising;
Strong budget management and forecasting skills to maximize media investment returns;
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business growth goals;
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset;
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated industry and adapt to market changes;
A data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.

- Commercial Partnerships & Sponsorships
Identify, negotiate, and manage commercial partnerships to expand brand visibility and market presence;
Develop strategic sponsorship opportunities with sports teams, influencers, media networks, and industry-related partners;
Oversee partnership performance, ensuring measurable ROI and alignment with business goals;
Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to leverage co-branded marketing opportunities.
- Media Buying & Budget Management
Plan and manage the media buying strategy across digital, TV, OOH, sponsorships, and affiliate channels;
Oversee the media budget allocation to maximize efficiency and ROI on marketing spend;
Negotiate advertising contracts with media agencies, TV stations, and online platforms to secure cost-effective deals;
Track and analyze media performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
- Marketing KPI Management & Performance Tracking
Define, track, and optimize marketing performance KPIs to align with company revenue goals;
Ensure all marketing strategies and initiatives contribute to the company’s overall business KPIs;
Collaborate with finance and data analytics teams to assess campaign effectiveness and investment returns;
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, offering strategic insights and optimizations.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly;
•dentify new business opportunities based on emerging industry trends in the gambling and betting sector;
Develop insights-driven strategies that enhance market positioning and brand differentiation.
- Campaign & Promotions Planning
Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions to boost customer acquisition and retention;
Work closely with relevant teams to measure the performance of marketing activities;
Optimize campaign budget allocations, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition and conversion.

The debut was extremely promising, featuring the legendary Portuguese footballer Luis Figo as the face of marketing campaign. Not long after, the company signed a contract with CFR Cluj, the eight-time Romanian champions.
