- Research and analyse the pharmaceutical online market to identify potential acquisition targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform acquisition strategies.
- Conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial analysis and market positioning.
- Maintain financial models in Excel to evaluate acquisition opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential sellers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities.
- Prepare reports for senior management on acquisition opportunities and progress.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proficient in Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Ability to create and maintain financial models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Capacity to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to assess risks and opportunities in potential acquisitions.
- Pharmaceutical online market understanding.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and e-commerce trends.
- Familiarity with online pharmacy operations and relevant regulations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex deals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Other requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in acquisitions, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and evaluation techniques.
- Understanding of the regulatory environment in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
