Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, or industrial construction projects
- Experience in Wind or Solar projects is a strong advantage
- Reinforced concrete structures
- Earthworks & compaction control
- Road construction
- Substation civil works
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and field coordination skills
- Willingness to travel and work on various sites across Romania
- Romanian language required; English proficiency preferred
- Valid driving license

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil works including:
- Wind turbine foundations
- Crane pads and hardstands
- Internal roads and drainage systems
- Solar PV mounting structures and foundations
- Substation civil works
- Ensure compliance with:
- Project technical specifications
- Romanian construction regulations
- HSE policies and site safety procedures
- Monitor subcontractor performance (quality, schedule, manpower, equipment)
- Review and verify:
- Method statements
- Work schedules
- As-built documentation
- Perform quantity checks and support progress reporting
- Coordinate with:
- Project Manager
- Design & engineering teams
- Survey teams
- QA/QC and HSE teams
- Attend site meetings and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
