Key Skills & Competencies
- Deep expertise in the garments manufacturing industry, with essential experience in high-end wovens production
- Strong commercial acumen with proven sales and business development capabilities
- Demonstrated experience overseeing:
- A garment production facility with a minimum workforce of 500+, or
- Full operational management of a third-party manufacturing facility on behalf of a client
- Proven track record of executive-level leadership within complex industrial environments
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (preferred, not mandatory)
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry
- At least 7 years in a senior leadership role
- Senior-level experience across merchandising, operations, sales, and quality management will be highly valued
- Well-established client network across EU and US markets
