Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate freight rates, hire terms, and charterparty conditions with shipowners and brokers.
* Prepare and issue charterparty contracts and relevant documentation.
* Track market trends and provide freight rate and capacity insights to support decision-making.
* Coordinate with internal teams (operations, documentation, commercial) to ensure seamless execution of charters.
* Maintain strong relationships with shipowners, brokers, and partners.
* Support business development initiatives and client relationship building.
