JUNIOR
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Software Engineering
- Thorough understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Strong knowledge of Geometry and generic Math skills
- Proven programming experience in C# or a similar OOP language (personal projects)
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Experience with 3D Engines or Graphics (OpenGL, Unity, Unreal etc.) is a plus
MID
- Strong and current commercial programming experience in C# (minimum of 2 years)
- Experience with WPF or web applications with ASP.NET/.NET Core
- Experience with agile development and test driven development
- Availability to help and mentor junior colleagues
- Knowledge of Three.js and WebGL is a plus
SENIOR
- Strong and current commercial programming experience in C# (minimum of 5 years)
- Experience with 3D Engines or Graphics (OpenGL, Unity, Unreal etc.) is required
- Experience with robotics software development is a plus

Responsibilities
- Complete lifecycle development using structured design methodologies (test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, scrum)
- Manage software QA & QC
- Participate in the code review process
- Mentor and coach junior developers (Senior and Mid developers)
- Take ownership and deliver results
- Robust ability to plan and give estimated timelines
- Control DevOps process
- Follow the source control processes
- Develop new functionality for the product line
- Engineer, develop, test and maintain Windows services and applications
- Diagnose, fix bugs and write unit tests to validate the solution
- Communicate with the internal staff to gain a clear understanding of the voice of the customer
- Rapid delivery of quality software using Agile development methodology
- Work effectively within a cross-functional team to deliver quality products
- Follow Software design methodology policy
