This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact transformation program and contribute to the design, optimization, and standardization of logistics and transportation processes within a global organization.
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Expert - Transportation & Logistics who will play a key role in driving operational excellence across end-to-end supply chain activities, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics process improvement.

Candidate Profile
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related operational environments.
  • Strong background in logistics process optimization and business process management.
  • Experience managing complex operational environments and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working with warehouse operations and 3PL providers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive change initiatives.
  • Leadership experience within cross-functional or global environments.Knowledge of logistics technologies such as TMS, WMS, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is highly desirable

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize inbound logistics (vendor coordination, material planning, inbound transportation) and outbound logistics (order fulfillment, distribution, and last-mile delivery), ensuring seamless product flow and high service levels;3PL Management & Performance Governance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Monitor service levels, operational KPIs, inventory accuracy, and contractual performance.
  • Drive accountability and continuous performance improvements across logistics partners
  • Analyze, map, and redesign logistics and redesign logistics processes, including transportation planning, warehousing operations, and distribution networks—to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance cycle times;
  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process standardization.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to optimize transportation networks, freight utilization, route planning, and delivery execution.
  • Ensure cost-effective, reliable, and on-time product deliveries.
  • Support warehouse performance improvement initiatives, inventory control, stock accuracy, storage utilization, and throughput optimization across internal 3PL-managed facilities.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze supply chain KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), transportation costs, inventory turnover, and order cycle time.
  • Develop performance insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for logistics platforms including TMS (Transportation Management Systems), WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution;
  • Ensure logistics operations comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation actions to support business continuity.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to align logistics operations with business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and operational guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to global best practices;
