Your profile
  • Good command of spoken and written English and French - minimum B2 level;
  • 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain (Order Management, Procurement, O2C etc.);
  • Leadership experience in Customer Service or Order-to-Cash roles;
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Deep knowledge of O2C, SAP SD, and international commercial processes;
  • Ability to motivate teams, drive improvements, and manage high-impact situations effectively.

Job Description

Your role
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Customer Service team; manage workload, priorities, and performance;
  • Oversee the full O2C process and ensure accuracy, compliance, and service level achievement;
  • Manage escalations involving key customers, complex orders, credit issues, and delivery challenges;
  • Collaborate with Sales, SCM, Finance, Logistics, and plants to ensure alignment and resolve issues;
  • Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support process standardization;
  • Ensure documentation quality, audit readiness, and adherence to corporate policies.
