Responsibilities:
- Process analysis and optimization: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, then design and implement strategies for improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
- Product development: Manage the process from the initial product idea through to full-scale production, ensuring technical standards are met and coordinating trials and launches with customers and other departments.
- Team leadership: lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitoring and reporting: monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of process changes and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Documentation and compliance: develop and maintain process documentation and ensure all processes comply with industry standards, company policies, and legal regulations.
- Training and support: provide training and support to staff on new processes and best practices.
