Candidatul Ideal
2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role
Experience in the railway infrastructure industry is strongly preferred
Experience in the construction industry is an acceptable alternative
Understanding of tendering processes and project-based business
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel if required

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the infrastructure industry.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
To work in cooperation with the employer’s local partner.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the railway infrastructure (or construction) sector
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Support the preparation of commercial offers, tenders, and proposals
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, commercial, project management) to ensure aligned solutions
Monitor industry trends and identify potential projects
Achieve agreed sales and business development targets
