The role:
Act as an operational partner with IT and the Business. Develop the User Requirements. Based on business requirements, design cost effective solution and implement those within maintenance or project.
Challenges:
Facilitate communication with Group, regions and IT on functional update, evolution and best practices sharing.
Contribute facilitate the Project team community
Take part in relevant committees to ensure business needs coverage.

Translate Business needs into Business requirements
Ensure Business needs consistency
Ensure alignment with regional project team (on requirements prioritization)
Ensure consistency of the whole end-to-end process, quality and smooth interfaces
Ensure functional alignment (and validation) with all business stakeholders
Coordinate business experts (requirement gathering, UAT support,…)
Prioritize requirements submitted for Group approval
Provide different support for all kind of stakeholders (Group & Regions, Key Users)
Provide a high level estimation of solutions and propose alternative solution.
Contribute and validate the test plan
Follow-up on requirement execution and implementation of Group business needs.
Requirements:
Skills and experience
At least 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, preferably in a related field ( financial services, insurance).
Experience in using Qirin would be a plus.
Degree in business informatics or business administration with IT background and/or completed IT training
Project Management skills / track record of delivering complex programs.
Language and interpersonal skills
English – medium/advanced (both oral and written)
Good communication skills (write and oral) and collaboration skills to support the change management.
Ability to rally, liaise, coordinate, collaborate with various stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Trade Credit Insurance (TCI) knowledge
Experience in Agile Organizational models
Experience in Banking or Finance environment
Technical expertise using applications for Access Management
