Job Description

Location: Otopeni (closed to Henri Coanda Airport)

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:30 (one-hour break) / flexible

Responsibilities:
I. Market Research and Offer Development
1. Analyze the European automotive market to identify trends and demand for both used and new vehicles.
2. Monitor competitor activity and market price fluctuations.
3. Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize stock levels and set pricing strategies.
4. Prepare competitive offers for vehicles in the portfolio.
5. Identify and attract new collaboration partners.
II. Sales and Sales Process Management
1. Negotiate prices and sales terms in accordance with company policy.
2. Manage the promotion and listing of vehicles directly to partners through various sales channels (email, online platforms, etc.).
3. Oversee the entire offer process and contract finalization.
III. Post-Sales Management
1. Track the sales and delivery process of sold vehicles.
2. Ensure that all necessary documentation (contracts, invoices, registration documents) is complete by regularly checking the Fleet Admin department systems.
3. Monitor and optimize the sales process for maximum efficiency (vehicle status, transport availability, loading forecast, actual loading/unloading, final invoices sent).
4. Handle complaints and propose quick solutions, consulting directly with the Manager when necessary.
IV. Trend Analysis
1. Read for 15-30 minutes daily about the new/used car sales segment in Europe. Suggested sources: Autovista, Autonews.com, LinkedIn.
2. Monitor the activities of existing partners to identify potential opportunities.
V. Achieving KPIs
1. Meeting or better exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Attending sales meetings and training sessions.
3. Analyzing personal performance and adjusting strategies for improvement.
VI. Long-Term Planning:
  • Supporting the planning of the fleet's long-term strategy, fleet utilization optimization.
  • Constantly monitor the dynamics and units in the current fleet (e.g., identify old units, financially free units for sale, units with high earnings).
  • VII. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes related to fleet.
  • Proactivity (Identifying and testing new things that can help in the main activity).
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including the office, headquarters, and vehicles intended for sale.
  • VIII. Networking:
  • Creating and maintaining personal and commercial relationships with new and current important partners.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
    IX. Relieving the Remarketing Manager of their responsibilities: Prepare and getting involved to take over the current responsibilities of Remarketing Manager EEU.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
    • Advanced English (spoken and written);
    • Strong communication & interpersonal skills;
    • Persuasive negotiation abilities;
    • Customer-focused approach;
    • Product knowledge & passion for cars;
    • Ability to work under pressure & meet sales targets;
    • Basic understanding of financing & insurance.
