- Experienta anterioara in back-office / administrativ
Descrierea jobului
- Procesarea documentelor interne si externe de distributie conform procedurilor
- Introducerea si actualizarea datelor in sistemele interne
- Verificarea corectitudinii informatiilor si raportarea eventualelor neconcordante
- Comunicarea cu departamentele interne si partenerii externi, in limba germana
- Suport administrativ pentru echipa operationala
- Pregatirea si arhivarea documentelor necesare activitatii.
