We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Sales Support. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department by providing essential support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing sales orders and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
Managing and organizing sales-related documentation
Coordinating with various internal departments to meet customer needs
Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional service

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Chemistry understanding could be an advantage.
Other spoken language (Bulgarian, Ukrainian) could be an advantage.
