Candidatul Ideal
• Completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing and procurement processes as well as master data maintenance
• Confident handling of ERP and procurement systems, ideally SAP and COUPA
• Strong understanding of data quality, process compliance, and digital process flows
• Initial experience or interest in AI driven solutions, automation, or RPA
• High reliability, sense of responsibility, and service orientation
• Good command of English; German or French language skills are an advantage

• Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of supplier master data in SAP and COUPA
• Ensuring data quality and process compliance across all relevant systems
• Participation in the identification, definition, and implementation of AI and RPA based use cases for process automation
• Support in supplier management (onboarding, data maintenance, compliance documentation, performance tracking)
• Support with administrative and organizational tasks within the procurement department
• Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of supplier master data in SAP and COUPA
• Ensuring data quality and process compliance across all relevant systems
