Job Description
- Completes, updates, and archives seafarers' documents in their personal files in physical copy, digital format, and in the company's software.
- Ensures the reception and verification of seafarers' documents.
- Orders protective equipment for seafarers.
- Scans/archives documents in physical and electronic formats.
- Schedules interviews for visa applications, where applicable.
- Schedules seafarers for medical check-ups
- Submits applications for flag endorsments
- Keeping reception desk on request
