Expro Limited SRL is looking for a QHSE Assistant, a responsible, organized and honest person. Knowledge of English, Microsoft Office, the HSE training course completed with a certificate and at least 6 months experience in a similar position are mandatory requirements.

Provides support to managers and coordinators to ensure compliance with Expro QHSE methods and systems.
Updates QHSE systems, including Etrak, to ensure accurate reporting of information regarding events and non-compliance; Collaborates with relevant departments to obtain the necessary information.
Collects and maintains records of QHSE documentation in accordance with Expro’s policies.
Assists in carrying out risk assessments specific to the activity of Expro personnel.
Contributes to the preparation of the emergency response plan, including the requirement to conduct exercises and trainings.
Assists in the review and development of QHSE procedures and instructions.
Provides support in the planning and execution of QHSE audits in accordance with the agreed audit program (HSE and Quality).
Provides support and planning for regular QHSE inspections of the work premises.
Schedules, assists and conducts QHSE training for new employees and contractors; Updates records as necessary.
Participates in and contributes to regular QHSE meetings.
Provides support in the collection and recording of PI cards and/or the distribution and display of QHSE posters and information.
May be responsible for monitoring First Aid certificates and their renewal arrangements.Maintains the QHSE filing system so that all records can be easily accessed.
