We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Country Manager and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Romanian and English, with strong communication and multitasking skills, and a welcoming attitude toward guests and colleagues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordination role.
Excellent command of both English and Romanian (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests and visitors arriving at the office, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
Manage and coordinate the Country Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence and packages; ensure prompt handling and tracking of all incoming and outgoing documents.
Translate documents from Romanian to English and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Attend meetings and provide real-time interpretation and translation support between Romanian and English.
Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and other business communications as needed.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Country Manager.
Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.
Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as required to support daily office operations.
