Asistent Back Office Operatiuni (Facturare)

• Studii superioare finalizate, preferabil cu profil economist sau inginer.
• Experienta de minim 2-4 ani in activitati administrative, de secretariat sau facturare.
• Cunostinte solide de utilizare PC si Excel (tabele, formule de baza).
• Experienta de lucru cu un sistem informatic de tip ERP reprezinta un avantaj.
• Cunostinte de limba engleza (minim nivel mediu).
• Atentie sporita la detalii, orientare catre cifre si discernamant in rezolvarea problemelor.

• Gestionarea procesului de facturare pentru interventiile de service, contractele de mentenanta si vanzarea directa de piese.
• Preluarea fiselor de interventie de la tehnicieni si verificarea devizelor inainte de operare.
• Operarea in sistemul informatic a documentelor aferente consumului de piese si materiale (bonuri de consum, scaderi de stoc).
• Inregistrarea facturilor de achizitie si raportarea periodica catre departamentul contabilitate.
• Asigurarea suportului administrativ general: scanarea, indosarierea si arhivarea documentelor specifice departamentului.
• Colaborarea stransa cu echipa de tehnicieni si coordonatorii de interventii pentru asigurarea acuratetei datelor.
