• University degree completed;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the sales of dermatology products and/or medical aesthetic equipment (considered an advantage);
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
• Good numerical and analytical skills;
• Ambitious, persistent, and competitive personality;
• Customer-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results;
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region;
• Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel);
• Valid Category B driving license held for at least 2 years.

• Promote and sell an international brand of medical aesthetic products to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic clinics;
• Participate in national and international congresses, conferences, and industry events;
• Organize brand-related events and educational activities for clients, including dermatologists and plastic surgeons;
• Be responsible for the development and growth of the brand within the assigned territory (Southern Muntenia and Oltenia regions);
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key opinion leaders;
• Achieve sales targets and implement the company's commercial strategy in the assigned area.
