Candidatul Ideal
Cerinte:
- Experienta de minim 2-3 ani in managementul unei echipe de reprezentanti medicali;
- Background solid in promovarea medicala (experienta pe suplimente constituie un plus);
- Studii superioare finalizate (profilul medical/farmacie reprezinta un avantaj);
- Disponibilitate pentru deplasari saptamanale in judetele alocate (aprox. 2 zile/saptamana);
- Abilitati de coaching, evaluare si dezvoltare a echipei in teren;
- Permis de conducere categoria B si rezidenta in Cluj sau zonele limitrofe;
- Experienta specifica pe divizia de Ginecologie, Endocrinologie sau Gastroenterologie;
- Cunoasterea pietei farmaceutice din judetele: MM, SM, AB, SB, BN, CJ, MS, HR;
- Abilitatea de a recruta si integra noi membri in echipa de vanzari;
Descrierea jobului
- Coordonarea echipei de reprezentanti medicali cu urmatorele regiuni alocate: Maramures, Satu Mare, Alba, Sibiu, Bistrita-Nasaud, Cluj, Mures, Harghita (coaching, mentoring si evaluari periodice);
- Participarea activa in teren alaturi de echipa (vizite la medici, clinici, training la fata locului);
- Monitorizarea productivitatii si a indicatorilor de crestere fata de anul anterior;
- Optimizarea rutelor si gestionarea proceselor de onboarding pentru noii angajati;
- Colaborarea cu Directorul National de Vanzari pentru procesele de recrutare;
- Asumarea si realizarea targetului regional prin performanta intregii echipe;
- Pachet salarial motivant (salariu fix + bonusuri trimestriale de performanta);
- Masina de serviciu, laptop si telefon;
- Tichete de masa si diurna pentru deplasari;
- Abonament medical Medlife;
- Beneficii suplimentare: prime de sarbatori, cadou de ziua de nastere, produse gratuite;
- Program de lucru 08:30 - 17:30 (regim hibrid/teren);
