- Vendor Master Data Management – Maintaining and updating accurate supplier records
- Invoice Processing & Reconciliation – Reviewing, posting, and reconciling invoices and payments
- Payment Processing – Preparing and executing payment runs in line with company policies
- Expense Reports & Credit Card Management– Monitoring statements and processing reimbursements
- Supplier queries – Monitoring AP mailboxes and ensuring timely query resolution
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant financial transactions
General Ledger Responsibilities:
- Posting and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and provisions
- Managing the intercompany process
- Managing the fixed assets process
- Performing month-end and year-end closing activities
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with financial reporting and impairment assessments
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Performing monthly consolidation (BS and P&L submissions to shareholder)
- Creating and submitting the Internal and external Reporting package
- Supporting internal and external audits
