Issa Estate este in cautarea unui Analist Financiar organizat, proactiv si orientat spre solutii, care sa gestioneze analiza si rapoartarea performantei operationale pentru toate liniile noastre de business.
Acesta este un rol full time, on-site (sediul E-INFRA in Bucuresti, sectorul 1, Ana Tower Offices).
Cerinte:
Studii superioare financiare
Experienta de cel putin 5 ani in eficientizarea si furnizarea proceselor de planificare, bugetare si prognoza (preferabil in medii antreprenoriale sau in industrii conexe (real estate, HoReCa, turism, ospitalitate)
Cunostinte avansate de MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Stil de lucru organizat, responsabil si etic
Adaptabil la schimbare si situatii noi
Abilitati excelente de comunicare, organizare si sinteza
Limba engleza la nivel mediu

Analizeaza si rapoarteaza performanta operationala: buget – forecast – actual la nivel de fiecare companie din grup, linii de business, centre de cost
Analizeaza ofertele evenimentelor HoReCA (Business Plan, Cash flow), sprijinind echipa operationala in construirea business case-urilor
Pregateste aprobarea business case-urilor pentru eveninementele HoReCA
Pregateste bugetul si actualizeaza bugetul impreuna cu echipa operationala
Pregateste cash flow-ul la nivel de fiecare companie din grup si dezvolta instrumente de sprijinire a procesului de luare a deciziilor
Intocmeste analize si previziuni financiare pentru noile linii de afaceri
Monitorizeaza respectarea bugetului si a P&L in vederea mentinerii in limitele aprobate si a previzionarii riscurilor
Colaboreaza cu Departamentul Financiar al Grupului pentru a defini, configura si automatiza rapoarte adecvate pentru a analiza si a conduce performanta operationala
Ofera simulari si analize financiare privind acordurile strategice actuale sau viitoare
Dezvolta noi modele de analiza financiara pentru a masura si imbunatati eficienta financiara si operationala a ofertelor sau modelelor operationale
