To continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for driven and energetic Customer Support Representatives to join our team and proactively engage with existing players.

• Respond to customer queries in writting and over the phone in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide guidance on responsible gambling tools and escalate where necessary in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates, games, and industry regulations.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.

• Shifts schedule: 5 days/week, 08:00-16:00/ 16:00-00:00 (we cover the taxi expenses on the way back)
