Job Description
-Help the customers: provide client support via phone
-Provide support, including procedural documentation.
-Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
-Prioritize and manage cases.
-Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (17:00- 02:00)
