Candidatul Ideal
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong experience in purchasing/procurement (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven experience in strategic purchasing and supplier negotiations
- Solid background in the automotive industry
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Structured, well-organized working style and proactive mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in cross-functional, multicultural teams
- Very good command of English (German is a plus)

- Act as a key member of global project teams, contributing to the successful development of new products
- Identify, evaluate and nominate strategic suppliers aligned with project and business goals
- Lead price and contract negotiations, ensuring competitive costs and on-time delivery
- Represent purchasing interests within central, project and global teams
- Take full ownership of purchasing activities throughout the product development lifecycle
- Ensure timely availability of components from development phase through handover to series production
- Manage technical changes for components in close collaboration with engineering and suppliers
- Monitor and achieve project and purchasing KPIs related to cost, quality and timing
- Collaborate closely with series production teams on supplier-related topics
- Identify critical components and suppliers, proactively managing risks and escalating issues when needed
- Contribute to the successful achievement of project targets for quality, cost and deadlines
