Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field would be an advantage
- Relevant experience in administrative, financial or support roles
- Very good knowledge of Romanian and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
- Team player with good communication and coordination skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Support meeting planning, task follow-ups, and internal communication
- Assist in preparing presentations and maintaining internal platforms
- Assist in the organisation of company events
- Handle general documentation and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues
- Process and verify travel expense reports and supplier invoices
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments
- Maintain financial and administrative records
