• Relevant degree in Marketing / Economics / Business / IT
• 2-5 year experience in a relevant position
• Affinity for the numbers: master of xls, track KPIs, evaluate the performance of the campaigns, check client’s reports
• Organizing and prioritizing with ease: no day is like the previous one, thus our new colleague should simplify the internal communication, sending materials, offering support where needed for the various brands in the portfolio to preparing goods import papers.
• Practical skills and flexibility: down to earth approach of daily challenges.

Our new colleague should:

• Prepare invoices and other logistics papers for the received orders
• Obtain UIT codes for transportation
• Help preparing banners / posts & materials with the agencies for the various clients
• Support for various logistics tasks
• Monthly reporting: check clients’ reports, help with preparing documents for the accountancy department, report imported goods
• Send monthly materials to colleagues in the field; create awb / confirm with warehouse if necessary.
