What you'll be doing
• Vendor & Customer Master Data Management – Updating and maintaining accurate records
• Invoice Processing & Reconciliation – Handling invoices, payments, and financial adjustments
• Payment Terms & Collection Management – Modifying payment terms, managing dunning letters, and collection efforts
• Bank Transactions & Expense Reports – Monitoring statements and processing payments
• AP Aging Reports & Impairment Assessments – Ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Collaboration with Internal Teams – Ensuring smooth financial transactions
• Month-End & Year-End Closing Support – Assisting in closing procedures
