We offer high quality financial advisory services under standards applied by top international companies. Veridio aims to become a center of excellence in providing financial advisory services to entrepreneurs and companies operating in Romania and abroad, being led by Adrian Vascu.

Adrian has over 20 years’ experience in valuation services (1994: Darian DRS, 2008: Senior Director KPMG, 2015: Founding Partner Veridio), and is a leading figure of the valuation community, currently in his second term as president of the National Association of Authorized Valuers in Romania (ANEVAR). Adrian is a member of the Board of TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers' Association) and benefits from a wide experience, gained by performing and coordinating hundreds of valuation reports.

A team of professionals joins Adrian with a combination of skills acquired through both formal education and through practice in a number of companies (from small local businesses to multinational companies). Our team members are members of reputable professional bodies: MAA (ANEVAR Accredited Member), REV (Recognised European Valuer), MRICS (Royal Institute of Charetered Surveyors), CECCAR, CCF.

We are headquarted in Bucharest and have a secondary office in Cluj-Napoca.
