The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff was helpful and nice. The rooms were huge (especially for Europe) as well as the bathroom. Very comfortable.
Our Spa & Health Club is a private members club, and we do offer a special discounted fee for our Hotel guests to use during their stay. Our apologies that you found this charge and the prices in the restaurants too expensive, but we do feel that we offer good value
