1972 Gürmen Giyim was established in London.
• 1985 The production relocated to Turkey.
• 1989 First factory Araç was established.
• 1995 The second factory of Gürmen Giyim commenced operation in Karabük-Safranbolu.
• 1998 KİP was merged with Gürmen Group.
• 2005 Decision was taken towards focusing on retail sector. The first Ramsey store was established in Istanbul.
• 2006 Decision was taken towards working in agriculture and breeding. Gökkale Agriculture Company was established.
• 2008 Greenhouse cultivation initiated for growing tomatoes.
• 2009 Milk fielding facilities established in Kastamonu Devrekani. 2010 Ortaş Agriculture was established. First steps taken for producing olives and olive oil.
• 2010 Shirt factory established in Central Kastamonu. Gürmen Shirt Factory among the top 5 shirt factories in Europe in terms of its capacity and production quality.
• 2011 Obtained license to generate geothermal energy in Manisa Alaşehir. Drill work initiated.
• 2012 Investment made on mining sector with Kümaş Manyezit
