Previous experience of working for a similar company would be appreciated but is not a must.
Successful candidates will develop and implement a business plan of sales strategy designed to increase sales of various financial products in dedicated countries with the main focus of growing in both number of client and client deposits. Therefore, candidates will initiate daily sales activities and proactive sales calls with targeted audience and provide support for recruiting, retention and development of clients and introducing partners.
Summary of tasks and responsibilities
Business development and performance of sales activities by phone
Execution of acquisition and sales processes
Establishing strategies to expand the client base in respective area
Achieving maximum profitability and growth in-line with the company’s vision and values
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans
Meeting all activity standards for prospecting calls, presentations and proposals
Interact and procure new clients through daily calls to dedicated region for client acquisition, relationship, networking and business development purposes
Sales skills and previous experience in the financial industry would be preferred
Ability to thrive in a challenging sales environment that is fast-paced and subject to frequent change
Highly motivated, committed, dynamic, and a team player
Keeping abreast of the competition, its people and products
Self-disciplined, minimum required supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills
Stay on top of the local and national economy and financial markets activity
Good IT knowledge (MS Office, CRM, trading platforms)
