Business services offered to Italian companies that want to enter the Romanian market or are freshly active in Romania. The activities of these companies vary from mainly industry and automotive, to food and agriculture or services.

Job Description Title: Office Responsible
Reports to: Manager based in Italy
Based at: Pitesti, Romania

Overall Profile

- He/She should be well aware of the needs that a company that enters/just entered the Romanian market might have. He/she should perfectly be informed on all the services provided by our company.
- He/She will be the link between the company and the clients, being able to spot client’s needs (both obvious and hidden) and seize opportunities and advantages offered by the company: facilitated EU funding, administrative attainments, quality certification services, consulting, training ecc., all these in order to develop the business.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Have the capacity to understand the kind of service one customer might need and the ability to guide him/her by offering correct and spontaneous information on the business services offered by the partners
• Be able to collect information from customers and direct potential ones to the right partner to liaise with and resources to use (website, e-mail contacts, office visits for presentations or promotional material)
• Respond to / follow up clients’ enquiries by telephone, post, e-mail and occasionally personal visits
• Have a good knowlege of the steps to follow in order to open a company in Romania (public administration offices – who to contact, opening hours, basic legislation ecc.)
• Accompany Italian clients that come to Pitesti in their path to opening a local company, getting documents, permits ecc.
• Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database
• Organise and attend meetings with customers or other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
• Monitor and report on activities and periodically provide relevant information to the management
• Operate a variety of standard office machines (PC, phone, fax, printer etc.)
• Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with customers/suppliers/visitors and relevant management staff in Italy – in Italian, Romanian, English
• Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures

• 3/5 years experience in a similar position or an administrative position in a services provider company
• Degree in Economics / PR and Communication Sciences / Foreign Languages / Public administration
• Self-motivated individual who is able to handle responsibility
• Excellent written and spoken Italian is a must
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, Problem solving skills

Salary and benefits:

• € 8.000,00 annual gross salary.
• Other benefits: summer and winter holidays bonus; meal tickets

Working hours:

• 08:00 – 17:00, lunch break 12:00 – 13:00. Sometimes, there might be needed to work flexible hours.
