­­Fast Fit is a company that has been founded out of pure love for sports and health and a sincere desire to make the world a healthier, more balanced, and more confident place to live. Our dream started shaping up in 2019 when a group of young people from different professions—personal coaches, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and psychologists—shared their own ideas, projects, and dreams, thus creating a common vision: FAST FIT.

EMS is a new trend that originated in physiotherapy. This high-intensity whole-body workout uses low-frequency electrical impulses to stimulate those muscles that are often ignored by conventional training methods. During an EMS training session, which only lasts about 20 minutes, all the big groups of muscles are stimulated, including all the underlying muscles. Despite its short duration, EMS is as effective as several hours of traditional strength training.

Currently, FAST FIT is the largest company offering EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) services in the GCC region, with seven fully functional branches and over 35 employees active in the company.
