The company / Our journey started in 2004. With headquarters in Iasi, Beenear has been providing software development services to the global market. Our main objective is to create the ideal context that allows the Romanian IT professionals to express their skills and abilities in a creative and original way.

Our partners / Our passion is to solve the problems of our partners. We make an impact on a global level, as our partners are important and world-renowned software companies and together, we develop solutions used by top retail, logistic and financial companies.

Your role / The strategy and business objectives are defined within the company amongst the key professionals, the core of our company, and not assigned by an external structure, this way, you have the possibility to reach your objectives in complete autonomy.

Our team as a family / Studies show that we spend one-third of our life at the office. This of course means that we need to have a nice working environment so we can have someplace nice to come back to. Our journey started in 2004, and we were only 7 at the end of the first year. Now we are more than 160, and we are all together in this, we are all in the same boat, a one big, happy family that could also become yours.

Our interesting projects / Our passion is to solve the problems of our partners. We work with partners involved in many areas of activity, such as retail, logistics, engineering, manufacturing, law, and advertising. This gives us the opportunity to gather a deeper knowledge of the world around us, and most importantly, the opportunity to also gather business know-how, not only technical skills.

We are part of a wonderful story / We are one of the companies that make Romanian IT the success that it is today. The Romanian IT market has grown 10 times over the past 15 years, and we have been here to be a part of it all the way. We are also one of the first IT companies in Iasi, so how great is that!
