VAUNT® is a brand of Aesthetic Works Ltd, a company with 6 years of history. We are a company focusing on PropTech based in Bucharest, Romania. 3 years ago, the product, Vaunt, started as an idea, based on the research we have conducted over the last 6 years by directly interacting with the real estate market players. 

We identified their needs, namely the real estate market is in dire need of technology advancement, not just in Romania, but in the rest of the world as well. When we started working on a prototype, the term “Proptech” wasn’t even invented. In our first few years, our mission was to bring high quality tech products and services for the real estate market. So far we’ve done business with some of the top and most reputable companies in the real estate market: this year only we’ve contributed indirectly to €1.6 billion in value of portfolio in the real estate market.

Property technology is the application of information technology and platform economics to real estate markets. Some goals of real estate technology include reducing paperwork or making transactions quicker and more efficient. It is often thought of as overlapping with financial technology (FinTech).
