Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of experience in medical devices sales or a related technical/commercial role.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering or a related discipline).
Good understanding of medical devices and the healthcare environment is an advantage.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Conversational level of English (spoken and written).
Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel as required.

Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Western Romania region (Timis, Mehedinti, Gorj, Caras-Severin, Hunedoara, Arad, and Bihor) by prospecting, approaching, and engaging potential clients.
Prepare and present tailored commercial offers based on customer needs and company products.
Provide technical and commercial support to existing and prospective customers.
Negotiate, conclude, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring their successful execution.
Monitor delivery documentation, payment collection, and contract compliance.
Continuously expand the customer portfolio and strengthen existing client relationships.
Track and achieve monthly and annual sales targets and business objectives.
Build, maintain, and develop long-term professional relationships with customers and business partners.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and business presentations for management.
Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and events with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
