Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations management;
Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in managing and developing teams;

Good knowledge of inventory management and WMS systems;
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills;

Coordinate and supervise the operational activities of the distribution center, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and delivery of goods;
Plan and manage the resources required to achieve productivity targets and service level objectives;
Monitor and optimize operational flows, inventory levels, and warehouse performance through the use of the WMS system;
Lead, motivate, and develop the team, contributing to a high-performance and results-oriented work environment;
Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and all applicable legal requirements;
Monitor operational costs and implement measures to increase efficiency and reduce expenses;
Lead continuous improvement projects and identify opportunities to optimize processes and resource utilization;
Collaborate with suppliers, partners, and internal departments to ensure a high level of operational performance;
Prepare and analyze operational reports, tracking the achievement of the warehouse’s quantitative and qualitative objectives.
