• Have an understanding of the M&S brand, dress and styles mannequins according to the visual principles and seasonal updated
• Deliver accurate and timely implementation of corporate seasonal updates and events in line with the brand, styling and marketing principles
• Contribute to the sales performance through consistent execution of the M&S brand promoting deals and offers and taking the opportunity to up sell with each customer interaction
• Make sure all high-level decor and visual equipment are well maintained throughout each season
• Take part in store walk, on a weekly basis, to identify visual opportunities
• Ensure all window mannequins are correctly priced using the specified brand pricing template
• Knowleadgeable about trends to help customers select and buid outfits from collections.
