Job Description
The job is based mainly in Turda (Cluj) and it is a part time job, with a consistent weekly commitment throughout the school year.
Classes are held weekly throughout the semester / school year, in the afternoon on week-days, in groups of 6 to 10 children of similar age, with one session of 90 minutes per week for each group.
At the beginning of the sschool year, each instructor is assigned a defined number of groups, based on expertize and the work schedule agreed together. The instructor is then responsible for teaching the weekly sessions of these groups consistently throughout the semester.
This means that the role requires reliability and continuity: once you take on a group, you will be its trainer for the duration of the course, rather than teaching individual sessions on an occasional basis.
MAIN TASKS
- teaching digital skills and programming courses according to the Logiscool method, on its own educational platform, based on the curriculum and lesson plan developed by Logiscool
- presenting the notions and projects included in the lesson plans, so that students understand what they are taught
- creating an entertaining and productive working atmosphere for students
- consistently delivering the weekly sessions for the groups assigned to you throughout the agreed semester / school year
- preparing for and attending your sessions on time, ensuring continuity for your students
