Job description
In this dynamic role, you'll be the trainer of our new and enthusiastic team. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role
As a Trainer on our team, you will:

• Conduct evaluations and coaching sessions weekly, focusing on communication misses
• Monitor and track agent performance in KPIs linked to and driven by communication skills on a weekly and monthly basis to measure improvement and identify further coaching needs
• Conduct training needs analysis and prepare monthly refresher training on critical communication pieces
• Design and develop training materials and curricula
• Do other related duties assigned as needed
• Do minimum 1 refresher training per month on critical communication pieces
