Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or fashion. Good understanding of the local running market will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the Romanian market, culture, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of design and branding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Romanian and English.
Job Description
The brands you will manage within the Style division: On, Converse, CAT Footwear, Merrell.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with each brand’s strategy.
- Collaborate with agencies to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize activities to achieve KPIs.
Social Media and Content
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand message.
- Create and curate content tailored to the local audience while maintaining global brand identity.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
Wholesale Partner Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners in Romania.
- Develop joint marketing initiatives and promotions with partners.
- Ensure strong brand visibility across partners’ online and offline channels.
Seasonal Planning and Recaps
- Prepare comprehensive seasonal marketing plans, including strategies, objectives, KPIs, and key initiatives.
- Conduct post-season analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify improvements.
Events and Partnerships
- Identify and manage partnerships aligned with brand values.
- Plan and execute local events and activations (e.g., shoe testing events, community activations) to engage consumers.
Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and ROI across all activities.
PR & Influencer Marketing
- Collaborate with media and influencers to develop and implement PR strategies.
- Manage relationships with brand ambassadors in Romania.
- Identify and engage influencers aligned with brand values and target audience.
