We’re ideally seeking someone with accounting and finance and/or banking recruitment experience, with proven success in the development and implementation of innovative sourcing initiatives;
You will be able to hit the ground running and stay calm in a busy environment while maintaining a down to earth and team-oriented approach;
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in recruitment;
Proven recruiting experience, with exposure to campus recruitment as wel;
Ability to work well independently, but also partner effectively with the Human Capital team and business Managers;
Ability to manage competing priorities and executing in achievement of program goals;
Ability to deal with high recruitment volumes and complexity, managing multiple projects at the same time;
Ability to manage candidates throughout the recruiting cycle;
Ability to inform and manage hiring teams/managers on campus recruiting life cycle planning and their roles in the process.
Develop innovative and proactive methods to attract and on-board candidates for PwC;
Plan, prepare of and attend recruitment events (i.e. campus presentations and workshops, job fairs, etc);
Plan and coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes (managing applications & candidate communications, organizing and participating in interviews and assessment centres) for both graduate and experienced hires recruitment projects;
Identify current and prospective recruitment requirements;
Establish budget forecasts for each project or programme (including marketing and attraction strategy and plans), obtaining approvals and managing within budget;
Coordinate the On-boarding programme for all new hires - act as a consultant to our business in respect of experience hires integration, engagement and retention
Drive, alongside with the Resourcing team, projects of employee retention and engagement
Relationship building and networking –within the firm as well as within the relevant external networks;
Social media channels understanding and usage on the context of recruitment, attraction and employer branding;
Team and virtual team collaboration skills;
Strong project management skills – planning, coordination, deadline management;
Very good communication and influencing skills, good management of stress;
